Beautiful, quiet, clean, safe, secure, landscaped home for you to share with our community of family oriented, middle aged friends. Are you single, divorced, separated, lonely, retired, unemployed, self-employed, or just looking? Make this your home away from home; this is the extended family you have always wished to discover. A good place for your children, parents, siblings, or estranged family to come for a visit with you. Enjoy our family friendly ambiance and facilities. As a full service community, we have a large kitchen, dinning room, living room and family room to share with friends plus privacy when you need it. We offer mail/remail services and light office support for small businesses. If you need just an address to get a job, we can help! If you need a computer, email address, typing or telephone services, we can help! We are not only your next 'Home Sweet Home' but also your next Office Suite, without all of the investment of a new business start up. We are a live/work/play facility. We offer management opportunities, food service and housekeeping opportunities, and many other job opportunities. Our full service housing ranges from $350 per month for a private room to $500 per month for a studio suite or $700 per month for a couple. Our business services services start at only $50 per month. Our low rates include all utilities and common areas as well as access to TV, telephone and a computer wifi connection plus free health and personal counseling. Our family environment includes not only entertainment, conversation and good food, but we also offer a great connection to the greater Salem/Keizer community with many churches, stores, parks and access to the Willamette River. Salem is located in the heart of 45 square miles of Oregon's scenic Willamette Valley at the center of Oregon's government. We are located near the Salem Parkway, Broadway Street, Interstate Freeway (I-5), public transportation (Cherriots), Keizer, Salem Center's downtown shopping & entertainment, the State Capitol buildings (circa 1935) and just a few blocks away from the Oregon State Fairgrounds. We are located in Marion County, but near West Salem, in Polk County, along the scenically situated Willamette River and the waterfront parkway. Salem is conveniently located between Portland and Eugene at the crossroads of I-5 and Highway 22, gateway to the Oregon coast. Salem was founded in 1841 by Jason Lee, a Methodist missionary who was Salem's first pioneer settler, and founder of Willamette University, making it the western frontiers first college.
